- We subscribe to the Top 5 UK Job Sites giving us access to a further 18 million candidates.
- All our candidates have a CSCS Card and PPE as a bare minimum.
- We reference check all our candidates.
- References taken will be from a Site Manager or Project Manager; someone that has overseen their work.
- The references taken will be specific to the role which they are required to undertake, they are not just generic.
- All qualifications are proven and verified prior to candidates starting assignments.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK checks are thoroughly undertaken.
- Route plans are completed for each candidate to ensure the commute is viable.
- Insite International have extensive experience in undertaking MOD Forms, DBS Checks, Airport Passes and Nuclear Clearance Forms.
- We have the ability to carry out Asbestos Awareness Training and Face Fit Testing, by a Qualified Assessor.
- We consistently check and monitor candidates on assignments to ensure they are performing to your specifications, including site and office visits as part of our ongoing SLA Agreements.
