Me, Myself & I

Hey Hey Heyyyyy ….. I’m Rachel; the Founder, Director & Shareholder of Insite International. I have worked within the Recruitment Industry for 15 years. After working for a Corporate Recruitment Business, I founded Insite International in 2011 as I believed I could provide my Clients & Candidates with a better, more approachable & rewarding experience. I also wanted to create a business in which our team enjoyed coming to work and were empowered and rewarded for their hard work. I honestly believe that the capabilities of myself & our team are limitless! We really have created something I’m proud of.

I am Mummy to my beautiful baby called Alfie-Bear who is my world, Wifey to my Leeroy, Step Mom to a gorgeous teenager; Eibhlin, Dog Mom to a Saint Bernard called Bernard, a English Bulldog called Royston & a Black Labrador called Buddy, Cat Mom to The General & Maximus.

When I’m not working

I love to travel the world & drink Pina Colada’s – the Maldives is my favourite so far, but a South African Safari & Australia is definitely on my wish list (I’m a quarter Australian you know, or a quarter convict – however you want to look at it)!

I love to walk my doggies, (and sometimes the cat). It’s always a question in interviews – do you have a dog?! They really are better than most humans! I’m a crazy dog, cat, all animal lady & a proud vegetarian.

I’m so lucky to have the most amazing family. I live a 2 minute walk of my Mummy Bear and have so much fun with my nieces and nephews. My Daddy Bear has recently retired and bought himself a VW Camper Van so that was me investing in a tent – Yes, I camp, & I actually love it! Devon is mine & Bernard’s favourite place so far where he learnt to swim, with Windermere being a close second for me & Buddy who loves to hike those mountains.

If you don’t find me at work, travelling or with my family, you’ll find me in my garden growing plenty of fresh produce or with my friends dancing on down to some Old School R & B & Hip Hop!!!!

My favourite quote which is hung proudly on my office wall – ‘Imperfection is Beauty, Madness is Genius, & it’s better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring’!

My Role within the business

Is Overall Management of our Accounts, Client Management, Recruitment Processes, Recruitment & working closely with our team for their training & development.

The thing I love most about this business is

the sky is the limit! Every single person that is part of this team is hardworking, dedicated, ambitious and works together to achieve the best results.

I’m passionate about Recruitment because

We’re bloody brilliant at it! The key clients we work with have been with us since conception or as soon as they used our services and have no need to go elsewhere. They know we can supply them with what they need, when they need it. They’re our friends and we care about their business, as they do ours.

My aspirations for the future are

Dare I say it…. LET’S GET TO £20,000,000 … Let's build an office, let's do team building in Barbados!

Who? Me….

I’m Heather; the first official employee of Insite International. I’ve been with the business since it first opened its doors in 2011 & I’ve loved every single second. Starting as an apprentice and over the years working my way up to management level has been one of the most rewarding journeys I’ve been on. Everyone at Insite International is just so dedicated to providing an excellent service to both Clients & Candidates, we’re all so passionate about everything we do & it’s just so rewarding to wake up every day and be happy to go to work.

When I’m not working

My favourite thing to do is go exploring with my American Bulldog; Boycie.

We Absolutely love an adventure! You can either find us hiking in the Peaks, running through the woods or more than likely…. strolling the coast with a Puppachino!

My Role within the business

Is Office & Payroll Manager (& I couldn’t be prouder).

The thing I love most about this business is

how valued we all are as individuals.

We have the support of each person within the business and encouraged so much by one another to grow and become better & to achieve more.

I’m passionate about Recruitment because

Firstly I love helping people. So I get to help candidates get work & I get to help our clients find the perfect workforce. WIN, WIN!

Secondly, no day is ever the same. It’s such a fast paced and exciting field to work in.

My aspirations for the future are

To become a Director eventually – if they will let me, haha!

I want to get more Recruitment related qualifications, excel even more in my career & to live a happy and humble life.

I’m Alex; I am a fun loving, enthusiastic, self-motivated person. I have only worked in recruitment for a short period of time but I have loved every minute of it! It really is so refreshing to come to work & actually enjoy what you do!

When I’m not working

I love to go out to eat A LOT & go shopping! I also love to travel coast to coast with my little doggy Jessie as her favourite thing to do is to chase her ball on the beach & paddle in the sea! (& eat some steak afterwards).

My Role within the business

That everyone is so supportive, everyone is a valued member of the team & we all stick together & we thrive!

No two days are the same! I absolutely love helping people & it is so rewarding getting the right candidates for the jobs we get in! It is such a fast-paced environment which makes it exciting & keeps you on your toes.

Hey, I’m Lucy! I recently joined the team at InSite International and I’m loving every second of it! It’s the most rewarding job I’ve had and can’t wait to carry on my career at InSite!

When I’m not working

I love to: spend time with my friends & family! I enjoy going shopping for new clothes and love to go out with friends for nice food and enjoying a nice cocktail (or two!)

My Role within the business is

Recruitment Resourcer. I communicate with candidates to fill the job roles & make sure they are the right fit by doing the relevant checks.

The thing I love about this business the most is

The people I work for! Everyone is positive & helpful and it brings a good atmosphere within the office! I look forward to coming into work every day!

Hi, I’m Chloe, Recruitment Consultant at Insite International. I have been working in the Recruitment Industry over 2 years, dealing with clients and candidates & I’m loving it!

I am Mummy to a beautiful Cocker Spaniel; Luna, who tests my patience on a daily basis, but I can’t resist her big puppy dog eyes!

When I’m not working

I spend my time walking Luna, going to the local pub to enjoy 'few gins' or PINTS, (after a few too many you’ll find me on the karaoke singing Dolly Parton – Island in the Stream or Kingston Town – UB40 ) & spending time with my family.

The thing I love about this business the most is

The team I work with. Everyone is so hardworking, enthusiastic & helpful. I love speaking to people and successfully matching candidates to a job role.

Holly Rathbone

Pay Roll Apprentice

Me, Myself & I:

Hiya, I’m Holly – Accounts & Pay Roll Apprentice at Insite International.

I am a new member of the Insite family; joining as a 19 year old finance apprentice and helping Heather with the – oh so exciting - weekly payroll. Every day is different to the next and we never know what to expect, which is why I love stepping into the office in a morning. Not to mention the lovely team that surrounds me, enlightening the office with support, laughter and a good brew.

When I’m not working

Away from work, I enjoy going on drives with my friends and spending too much time in our local pub with my family (pint of lager for me). I am also a massive dog lover, as I have always grown up surrounded by dogs. Our current pup family consists of Mia, Willow, Bo, and Maggie.

My role within the business is

Accounts & Pay Roll Apprentice – who’d of thought at 19 I’d be processing between 180 – 250 candidates wages per week and invoicing over £1,000,000 a month!

The thing I love about this business the most is

The dedication from each individual. The hard work put in each day never goes unnoticed and that’s what brings motivation to the office – supporting each other no matter if the day is a little harder than the one before.

I’m passionate about Recruitment because

Every day is a new day! New jobs, new clients, new candidates… each day brings something new and we get to help people out. Recruitment brings us accomplishment and enthusiasm each week as we see the difference we make on an hourly, daily & weekly basis.

My aspirations for the future are to

Successfully complete my AAT apprenticeship, and to build myself up at Insite, taking on the complete Finance and Payroll side of things. This business has shown me the fun side of figures, invoices, and inputting hours – believe it or not!

Me, Myself & I:

I’m Helena, Senior Consultant at Insite International. I have worked here for 3 years & have loved every second. I started off in Management in the Commercial Sector manging a team of 50 people, which gave me a genuine interest in Recruitment. I found myself in Insite International’s interview room & they couldn’t shut me up…. it was all me, me, me…. I am an only child you know! Talk about the right place at the right time, they’ll never get rid of me!

I’m 30 years young, total boss lady of Rickayyyyyy my boyfriend, dog mum to top menace Marley my American Bulldog; who turned me from a total clean freak to letting him rule the house, total apple of my mum & dad’s eye; the whole office think they know Big Russ & Celia personally as I don’t shut up about them, I’m so proud that they’re mine

When I’m not working

I love Football & am a big Sheffield Wednesday supporter, when the Euro’s or World Cup are on you may just find me the morning after still wrapped up in bed in my England flag! I’m a recent home owner of my proudest possession, spending most of my time browsing furniture shops for that Scandinavian vibe!! I may just be the chatterbox of the office; I couldn’t play for England, but I can talk for them…

My role within the business is

Senior Consultant, my main duties are dealing with our Clients & Candidates and giving them a bit of Yorkshire bants! I love training and developing people & what’s better than recruiting up to 280 people per week & sharing my expertise & experience with our perfect, hard working team.

The thing I love most about the business is

The amazing team of people I work with & realising we can do anything together when we put our mind to it. Winning employee of the month & taking the team Salsa dancing might be up there as well!

I’m passionate about Recruitment because

I love to talk & that’s what I get to do all day long! But seriously, I have developed amazing relationships with all our clients & candidates and love what I do …. Finding the right person for the right job is so rewarding and gaining their trust through hard work, honesty and determination is what gets me up on a morning with a spring in my step.

My aspirations for the future are

To grow the team that work with me, our client base & travel the world!

Me, Myself & I:

I’m Dan, The Man; I have been a proud employee of Insite International for the past 7 and a half years, with hopefully many more to come.

When I’m not working

I like to keep myself active and busy by attending the gym, caving in Wales or walking in the peak district, if I’m not getting out of breath up a large hill you will usually find me having 1 too many in the local pub or raving at Festivals! I love to travel with my most recent trips being Bali, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur & Australia with Texas being next!

My Role within the business is

Senior Consultant. I establish & manage client relations and ensure client requirements are fulfilled to the best of our abilities, as a team. My proudest contracts have been British Summertime Festival, Boom Town, Formula 1, Festival of Speed, Silverstone & Glastonbury – my client could of got me free tickets for all my hard work! I also got the contract for the Batman Film Set, The Meg 2 Film Set & Willy Wonka which was pretty cool! I pride myself on being a approachable, motivating & a passionate member of the team that leads by example and will never see anyone fail.

The thing I love about Insite the most is

The inclusivity you feel as a staff member within the business; nobody will be seen struggling on their own without a helping hand offered.

I’m passionate about Recruitment because

Client relations and seeing the job done properly is a strength of mine. Also, who doesn’t love a large pay cheque at the end of the month!

My aspirations for the future are to

Finish my Construction Management degree while assisting in the continued growth of Insite and all its staff.
